Smoked Salmon and Caper Spread
Serve this Salmon and Caper spread as an appetizer at your next dinner party and impress your guests with something simultaneously delicious and super easy to throw together. This recipe is essentially a handful of ingredients mixed together and served chilled, it may only take 15 minutes to make but the flavor combo is so delicious and addicting people will be thinking of it for days to come.
Ingredients
- 6 oz. smoked salmon
- 8oz. packages cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 2 tablespoon finely diced red onion
- 2 tablespoons California Olive Ranch’s Millers Blend Reserve EVOO
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Toasted pita chips, tortilla chips or crackers or radish slices for serving
Instructions
- Roughly chop smoked salmon, taking care to remove any bones.
- Add softened cream cheese, salmon, chopped green onion, chopped dill, capers, diced onion, California Olive Ranch Miller’s Blend EVOO, and lemon juice to a large bowl.
- Mix all ingredients well until incorporated.
- Chill salmon dip in fridge for at least an hour.
- Serve chilled or over ice.
