1 can olive oil-packed sardines, drained1 can organic beans (red or white kidney, black, cannellini, or adzuki1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, sliced cross-wise1 scallion, green and white parts, chopped1/3 cup Lucini™ Cherry Balsamic and Rosemary Vinaigrette1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon ground paprika (preferably smoked)1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper1/8 teaspoon ground turmeric1 tablespoon flax seeds (optional)1 tablespoon Lucini® Delicate Lemon Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Combine the first eight ingredients in a bowl and mix well.Add more salt, pepper or paprika to taste.
