1/2 pound pasta of your choiceSea Salt1 can tuna fish (6 ounce), drained1 can sliced black olives, drained7-8 basil leaves8 teaspoons Lucini® Premium Select Extra Virgin Olive Oil®capers, to taste
Add sea salt and pasta to 2 quarts of boiling water. Cook pasta 'al dente' according to package directions. Stir occasionally.While pasta is cooking, drain tuna fish and break small pieces into large serving bowl.Add olives, capers, basil leaves and Lucini® Premium Select Extra Virgin Olive Oil®. Stir. Drain the pasta when al dente and add to ingredients in bowl. Stir again.To serve as a cold dish, drain pasta under cold water before adding to remaining ingredients.
