Ingredients

5 cups sweet potatoes, peeled and diced¼ cup Lucini® Extra Virgin Olive Oil2/3 cup Lucini® Fig & Walnut Savory BalsamicHeavy pinch red chili flakesSalt and black pepper

Instructions

Place the potatoes in sauce pan, cover with water and cook over high heat until tender. Drain and place back into the sauce pan. Add the olive oil, dressing, and chili flakes and mash well.
