6 tablespoons Lucini® Premium Select Extra Virgin Olive Oil®2 1/2 pounds medium shrimp, cleaned, peeled, and deveinedSalt and freshly ground black pepper3 tablespoons Lucini® 10 Year Gran Riserva Balsamico
Heat 2 tablespoons Lucini® Premium Select Extra Virgin Olive Oil® in large non-stick frying pan over medium heat.Place shrimp in pan and grill for 8 minutes without turning, shake pan gently every so often.Add salt and freshly ground pepper.Turn shrimp and grill another 7 minutes, sprinkling with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and adding more salt and pepper if desired.Remove pan from heat and pour 1 tablespoon of Lucini® 10 Year Gran Riserva Balsamico over shrimp; allow it to evaporate.Whisk remaining olive oil and balsamico vinegar together until creamy.Place shrimp on a warmed serving dish. Pour mixture over shrimp.Let stand 2 minutes and serve on individual plates, spooning sauce from large serving dish and, if desired, add additional Balsamico. Perfect as an appetizer or served with your favorite side.
