1/3 cup Lucini® Savory Fig Infused Gran Riserva Balsamico1 teaspoon fresh garlic, minced1 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon black pepper1/2 teaspoon lemon peel, grated fine1/2 cup Lucini® Tuscan Basil Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
In a bowl, whisk together fig balsamic, garlic, salt and black pepper. Add garlic and lemon peel and stir.Slowly drizzle in the olive oil (VERY slowly at first) while whisking constantly to emulsify.
