InstructionsPreheat the oven to 500˚F.Toss the asparagus in a large bowl with the Lucini® Delicate Lemon extra virgin olive oil and sea salt to taste.Arrange the asparagus flat in a small roasting pan and roast them for 7-8 minutes or just until tender.Shave the cheese over the asparagus and return it to the oven for two minutes more, or until the cheese melts.Serve Immediately.
