A good sauce can take any recipe to the next level. Whether used as a spread for sandwiches and salads, or for dipping yummy bread, aioli is an extremely versatile sauce that can suit any taste. This aioli features a finely chopped anchovy for that salty punch, as well as Dijon mustard and Meyer lemon to give it a tangy kick of citrus. Use it to make sandwiches pop, or to dress up a summer Italian salad. We love it paired with mild meats like chicken and fish. Find EVOO and other high-quality olive oil in our online shop.
