Lucini Italia Vinegar starts from grapes that are grown, harvested, aged and bottled on a single estate located in Modena, Italy and are all guaranteed lead free.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Lucini® 10-year Gran Riserva Balsamico
  • 3 tablespoons Lucini® Premium Select Extra Virgin Olive Oil®
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 pinch of fresh pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the Lucini® Gran Riserva Balsamico, the salt and the pepper in a small bowl. Mix with a fork until the salt is completely dissolved, then add the Lucini® Premium Select Extra Virgin Olive Oil® and beat to form a fairly thick emulsion.
